OTP Flooding triggers when the same recipient receives >10 OTP messages in 5 minutes.
Volume OTP Spike triggers when an account sends >50 OTP-like single messages or >30 unique campaigns in 10 minutes.
Rapid Burst triggers when an account sends >30 single messages or >10 unique campaigns in 1 minute.
Odd Hours triggers when an account sends >50 single messages or runs >10 unique campaigns between midnight and 5 am.
This system detects and flags — it does not automatically block traffic.
